Drive the development and maintenance of Digital Engineering & Innovation (DE&I) Architecture.
Create visualizations comparing current and future states of DE&I products and services.
Align SKF IT infrastructure with DE&I and Technology Development Business requirements.
Ensure IT systems and technologies are optimized to effectively support business objectives.
Lead the architecture and design for a future platform of sales, products and services.
Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies within DE&I and TD.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
Maintain clear communication with DE&I Management and Global IT to confirm alignment between systems and business needs.
Evaluate market technology options for suitability, including software and hardware solutions.

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related fields
15+ Years of overall experience (5-10+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of leading architectural decisions or teams)
Knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise data management & IT infrastructure
Proficiency in programming languages & database management
Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF, ZACHMAN or GARTNER
Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems
Working knowledge of development operations and automation like Kubernetes etc.
Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
