You take responsibility for the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our core products (Evalion platform, appraisal CRM, internal tools).
You refine our long-term product vision and develop a clear product strategy for the DACH market — focusing on differentiation, scalability and technological leadership.
You design new products and MVPs based on market, customer and process insights.
A key focus is on AI-powered solutions for automation, quality assurance and data-driven appraisal generation.
You consolidate existing standalone solutions into an integrated, scalable platform and define clear system logic, interfaces and ownership.
You build a robust data foundation (tracking, KPIs, reporting) and create transparency for data-driven decisions.
You translate business and user requirements into clear priorities — with emphasis on revenue levers, automation, quality and scalability.
You lead our remote engineering team, establish productive rituals and work closely with executive management, operations and sales.
Requirements
You have several years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership (discovery, prioritization, delivery).
Builder mindset: you don't just want to manage — you want to build and scale products from the ground up.
You have technical understanding (APIs, data models, system logic) and can work with engineers on equal terms.
Analytical thinking: you define KPIs, set up tracking correctly and use data as the basis for decisions.
You have interest in or initial experience with AI, automation or data-driven product development.
You bring leadership skills and a desire to create an ownership culture in a remote setup.
You communicate clearly and in a structured way in German and English.
