Develop educational materials, from creating the graphic design and covers to preparing final files for print and digital distribution
Perform layout and necessary adjustments, ensuring visual quality and alignment with the series
Manage the production workflow, organizing requests and meeting established deadlines
Contribute to the visual standardization of materials and to process improvements throughout production
Interact with various stakeholders in the creation and execution of materials, ensuring quality and technical feasibility of deliverables

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, or related fields
Technical knowledge in layout, art editing, and graphic production
Experience with editorial processes and the production of textbooks
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
English — basic/intermediate
Knowledge of AI tools and UX/UI design is a plus
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, proactivity, and strong deadline management
