Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- Diagnose customer drop-outs in the quoting journey and implement solutions
- Maintain the integrity of underwriting inputs for accurate pricing
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to dive into API documentation and rating logic
- Understanding of how backend technical performance impacts consumer behavior and marketplace conversion
- Comfortable with data analysis, tracking KPIs like Quote Success Rates, Conversion, and Loss Ratios
- Superb communication skills to bridge engineering and insurance specialists
