Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients
You will familiarize yourself with essential details of Cynet Health services.
You will receive lists of potential clients from the US BD team, and you will be responsible for cold-calling these prospects.
You may also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with the US-based BD Team, or reschedule meetings as needed.
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Fielding basic questions and concerns about the staffing services we offer.
Scheduling a follow-up between the prospective client and a BD Representative.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Using CRM to document and assign leads.
Attempting to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact.
Exploring and cold calling into new markets to develop an understanding of the business segment, and potential needs for our services, and set up appointments for follow-up for our US Team
Requirements
Two years' experience in lead generation work.
Computer Competency.
Awareness of business trends.
Great communication skills, phone, and email etiquette
Healthcare Staffing experience is helpful but not required
