Provide comprehensive consultancy to clients and internal teams, advising on legislative requirements at the federal, state, and municipal levels to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
Develop and lead tax recovery projects, tax classifications, and detailed accounting analyses.
Review product tax classifications to ensure correct legal application and tax optimization.
Provide support during inspections, handling notices of infraction, compiling documentation and preparing defenses aimed at mitigating or eliminating undue tax penalties.
Participate in strategic meetings with clients to align obligations, system configuration, and discuss efficient solutions.
Conduct digital audits (labor, tax, and accounting) to identify errors and opportunities for improvement or recovery.
Prepare high-complexity technical reports and opinions (including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, EBITDA, liquidity and ROI), providing strategic insights for clients' decision-making.
Stay continuously updated on legislation, preparing newsletters, summaries, and technical opinions for clients and colleagues.
Provide periodic technical training to the Tax, Accounting and HR/Payroll teams, aiming for continuous technical development and standardization of procedures.
