Serve as the technical reference for the People Directorate in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, and personnel cost management, leveraging data and artificial intelligence to support critical business decisions.
Design and govern headcount, cost, and productivity KPIs with direct linkage to financial results;
Develop executive dashboards and analytical models to support decision-making;
Build predictive models using Machine Learning/AI (Python or R) for forecasting headcount, productivity, turnover, and costs;
Develop scenario simulations and "what-if" analyses to support organizational efficiency decisions;
Lead automation and optimization initiatives using AI to increase scale and reduce manual effort;
Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate complex problems into analytical solutions;
Advance People Analytics maturity from descriptive to predictive to prescriptive;
Structure data and pipelines (Data Engineering), ensuring quality and reliability;
Serve as an analytical PMO, ensuring impact measurement and realization of value.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field);
Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or headcount/cost management;
Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel;
Knowledge of statistics and data modeling;
Ability to generate actionable insights for leadership.
