Role Overview
- Edit 1–2 long-form YouTube videos (20–30 minutes) per week
- Create **5–7 short-form videos **from long-form content
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging, platform-optimized short clips
- Apply editing styles similar to modern YouTubers (fast-paced, engaging, storytelling-driven)
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all content
- Collaborate with the team to align content with overall strategy and goals
Requirements
- Proven experience editing YouTube long-form and short-form content
- Strong understanding of YouTube retention strategies and short-form virality
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently
