Protheus Expertise: Advanced experience in ADVPL (MVC) and TLPP.
Architectural Insight: Deep knowledge of infrastructure (AppServer, DBAccess, Broker) and SQL tuning.
Standard-First Mindset: Focus on native features to avoid technical debt.
Business Skills: Ability to negotiate deadlines, understand profitability processes, and propose solutions that add value to the company.
Work Model: Availability to work on-site 2 to 3 times per week at the Renova unit (Lapa
