About this role

Administer and maintain Windows, Linux and Android environments;
Support and evolve POS environments, including imaging, updates, rollouts and advanced troubleshooting;
Operate and enhance MDM solutions and endpoint management;
Develop or maintain operational automations to improve scalability and reduce manual effort;
Provide N3 (third-level) support and resolve critical incidents;
Support technical validations and certifications of solutions for store operations;
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on deployments, testing and fixes;
Support patch management processes, compliance and technical governance.
