About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for Boulevard’s People systems (HRIS and related tools).
Maintain and optimize new and existing system configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Identify opportunities to replace fragmented or manual processes with efficient, scalable solutions.
Partner with Enterprise Systems/IT and vendors to support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and troubleshooting.
Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and governance of employee data across systems.
Develop and maintain People dashboards and reporting across areas like headcount, hiring, and compensation.
Partner across the People & Culture team to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or HR systems administration.
Experience working with HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and experience working with People data and building dashboards and reports.
Ability to maintain data accuracy and governance across multiple systems.
Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, or process improvements.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
Nice to Have: Experience supporting compensation or total rewards programs; experience with people analytics or business intelligence tools; experience in a high-growth technology environment.
