Role Overview
- 24-month program designed to give newly graduated engineers exposure to manufacturing and product development
- Completing on-the-job field training in 2 -12 month rotations
- Understanding all elements of manufacturing through hands-on experience
- Partnering with department leaders to understand various non-manufacturing roles
Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Degree in Engineering
- Interest in manufacturing and/or product development
