About this role

Develop test plans and schedules based on DVPnR
Actively participate in the product development team providing input to FMEAs and test plans
Ensure test plans provide confidence that the product tested will be reliable and safe
Collaborate closely with international design and test engineering teams
Develop test equipment to validate design criteria
Train and lead Test Technicians in test methods and use of test equipment
Review and analyze test results to ensure accuracy
Develop benchmarking plans for competitor equipment

Prior experience as an advanced level test engineer
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline, or 10+ years relevant experience
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in relevant tools (Excel, Matlab, etc.)
Experience with data acquisition software (Somat, Edaq, LabView, etc.)
Experience with electrical measuring equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, etc.)
Experience working with and troubleshooting robotic equipment
Demonstrated knowledge of test equipment and reliability engineering methodology
Proficiency in MS Office software applications and MS Teams
