Clinically experienced professional with a background in nursing or a related healthcare discipline
Experience in case management or care coordination within a health plan or hospital setting
Strong familiarity applying MCG guidelines in real-world clinical practice
Highly analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex clinical, operational, and relational data
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly assess and respond to issues
Effective communicator and collaborator who works well across cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
