Role Overview
- Build state-of-the-art probability models for a wide array of complicated match events
- Drive modeling and development practices in the team
- Introduce new methods and frameworks that ensure high product quality
- Coach less senior team members
Requirements
- Practical experience in sports (esports) models
- Probability theory, stochastic processes, and estimations thereof
- Bayesian inference
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL (Golang is a big plus)
- Efficient Monte Carlo methods (e.g. variance reduction methods)
