Role Overview
- Diagnose, structure and solve complex problems;
- Understand HR products and services to support and guide decision-making;
- Develop analyses and scenario studies to support strategic decisions;

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Psychology;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies;
- Project management;
- Results management;
- Planning;
- Development of executive presentations.
