Design & Develop Power Platform Solutions: Create custom business applications using Power Apps and develop automation workflows using Power Automate.
Integration with Microsoft Ecosystem: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services.
End-to-End Solution Delivery: Lead all phases of the solution lifecycle.
Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements.
Quality Assurance: Provide acceptance criteria and conduct thorough unit testing.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation.
Technical Leadership & Innovation: Serve as the Power Platform Subject Matter Expert.
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for deployed Power Platform solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered.)
Minimum 5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem
Experience and expertise with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL)
Experience with data and document migration and integration with external data sources.
DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+ (Security Plus) certification (or higher) is required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
