About this role
Role Overview
Own the execution of onboarding, activation, and retention programs.
Continuously review existing SOPs for tasker engagement and suggest/implement updates.
Monitor project queues for signs of tasker fatigue or confusion and resolve issues.
Draft clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communications.
Manage community feedback channels and surveys, synthesizing common themes into actionable reports.
Maintain dashboards related to community health and provide weekly updates on community status.
Requirements
3–5 years in community management, platform operations, or gig-economy coordination.
Proven ability to manage large-scale workflows and documentation with high attention to detail.
Strong professional English skills, with the ability to adjust tone and complexity based on the audience.
High comfort level with Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel) and community platforms (Slack, Discord, or internal CRM tools).
A "self-starter" mindset—able to see a gap in a process and propose a logical solution.
