Provide leadership for Asia-Pacific third party & outsourcing governance
Serve as the principal Asia-Pacific authority on regional regulatory regimes
Drive regional harmonisation of outsourcing practices
Own the accuracy, integrity, and strategic management of Asia-Pacific third party arrangement registers
Drive timely completion of Third Party risk deliverables
Chair the Asia-Pacific Outsourcing Working Group
Lead end-to-end governance of material third party and outsourcing evaluations
Oversee ongoing monitoring of high-risk vendors
Provide clear, concise reporting to senior management on Third Party risk exposures
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Third Party and outsourcing risk

Solid knowledge of compliance governance, compliance management practices, standards & strategy
Relevant Compliance, Risk, and/or Audit experience (financial services industry preferred)
Knowledge of outsourcing requirements preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing and ambiguous initiatives or requirements and ability to work collaboratively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as confident presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently and in a team environment
