- Serve as the vital bridge between Finance, Legal, and HR
- Oversee end-to-end management of equity awards
- Manage Section 83(b) elections and coordinate annual 409A valuations
- Lead administrator for Shareworks, maintaining high-standard SOX controls
- Design and deliver engaging communications to demystify equity compensation
Requirements
- Significant experience in equity accounting and administration
- Background in both private and public company environments
- Self-motivated professional who excels at working independently
- Leading high-impact projects without the need for direct reports
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous approach to global reconciliations and root-cause analysis
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent professional experience)
