Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.
Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and overall project governance.
Drive SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects (preferably S/4HANA).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, functional consultants, developers, and testing teams.
Ensure alignment with business goals and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation and resolution plans.
Oversee change management and ensure adherence to organizational and SAP standards.
Ensure quality assurance processes are followed across all project phases.
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Coordinate with global teams and vendors to ensure seamless project integration.
Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to senior management.
Continuously improve project delivery frameworks and support SAP governance processes.
Support to pre-sales activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred)
12+ years of total experience, with 5+ years managing SAP projects
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA projects (preferred)
Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM, etc.) and cross-functional integration
Familiarity with SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, and testing tools such as Jira, Tosca, HP ALM, or SAP Test Suite
Knowledge of project management methodologies – Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications preferred: PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate Project Manager.
Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models and vendor coordination.
Exposure to budget forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio-level reporting is an advantage.
