Play a central role in strengthening the Commercial organisation's prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery
Partner directly with the CRO, working across Sales, Pricing, Planning and Technology
Improve decision-making and ensure important initiatives move forward
Build effective relationships across senior stakeholders
Lead through influence and coordination rather than direct line management
Implement a transparent intake and prioritisation approach
Produce high-quality decision support for the CRO and leadership group

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Significant experience delivering complex cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into clear decisions and delivery plans
Comfort working with data and operational detail
Strong written and verbal communication
High judgment and discretion with sensitive information
