Partner with sub-awardees and contractors to implement digital health projects and programs
Provide technical assistance and training to ensure effective adoption of digital health tools
Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets, and deliverables
Facilitate integration of telehealth and digital health solutions into diverse healthcare environments
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in Maine’s digital health initiatives
Participate in relevant workgroups and/or committees
Assist in the development and submission of grant and contract requests to sustain and grow MCD activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Training or certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred
Familiarity with digital health technologies and telehealth integration strongly desired
5–7 years of experience in program management within healthcare, public health, or digital health initiatives
Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder projects with contractors, sub-awardees, and provider organizations
Experience implementing telehealth programs across diverse settings (schools, long-term care, acute care, oral health, maternal/perinatal behavioral health)
Background in providing technical assistance and training to healthcare organizations or community partners.
