- Collaborating with Swiss Re employees globally
- Presenting international capabilities to clients and brokers
- Structuring international insurance programs
- Managing a portfolio of complex global programs
- Consulting with Underwriters on program requirements
- Developing and quoting fronting services
- Securing approvals and support from relevant teams
- Ensuring program implementation aligns with expectations
- Overseeing programs throughout the account life cycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience in International Programs
- Familiarity with reinsured programs
- General knowledge of and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, i.e., contract wording, accounting, and underwriting
- Strong Math and Excel skills
- Proven experience in delivering presentations
- Knowledge of Captives (nice to have)
- Reinsurance Accounting experience (nice to have)
