Supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
Diagnosing and resolving product performance problems
Ensuring customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
Proactive problem solving for potential equipment or software issues
Delivering integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems and application software
Training other field engineers or customers
May involve calibrating equipment on-site for large volume customers
Requirements
4-5 years of hands on experience on Agilent HPLC, GC AND SW
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required
