Ecolab Inc. offers the opportunity to expand your skills in water treatment as a Field Service Engineer. The role involves performing equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer site to perform equipment commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and training for domestic and international customers
- Provide feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing on lessons learned
- Maintain detailed field service trip reports
- Work with engineering for drawing and software updates based on field service work performed or future trips
- Coordinate with customers on the procurement of spare parts and field upgrades
- Provide after-market technical and sales support
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with industrial process equipment
- Working experience with AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
