Field Service Engineer

Ecolab Inc. offers the opportunity to expand your skills in water treatment as a Field Service Engineer. The role involves performing equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer site to perform equipment commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and training for domestic and international customers
• Provide feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing on lessons learned
• Maintain detailed field service trip reports
• Work with engineering for drawing and software updates based on field service work performed or future trips
• Coordinate with customers on the procurement of spare parts and field upgrades
• Provide after-market technical and sales support

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Familiarity with industrial process equipment
• Working experience with AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role
