Role Overview
- Prepare and maintain accurate client files within CRM systems (e.g., Xplan).
- Manage fact finds and organize client documentation.
- Prepare meeting packs for client appointments.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and requirements.
- Handle client correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the implementation of advice following Statement of Advice (SOA) approval.
- Ensure all records are compliant and up to date.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Client Services Admin or similar role.
- At least 3 years of experience with financial planning strategy implementation.
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar tools).
- Proficient in Wrap platform administration (i.e., North and Expand)
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Financial Planning or related certification/s are highly desirable.
