Define and lead Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
Improve how Clio runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact.
Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred.
