Experience configuring Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, scoring models, dynamic lists, and campaign hierarchies
Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) and audience activation concepts
Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or behavioral marketing platforms
Understanding of email deliverability best practices including IP warming, sender reputation, bounce management, and email validation
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture and marketing automation ecosystem
Experience working in high-volume campaign operations environments
Ability to collaborate with distributed delivery teams (onsite + offshore)
Candidates should hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (preferred)
