Requirements
Completed commercial or scientific training and/or authorization to use the professional title Pharmaceutical Representative.
Minimum of five years of professional experience in a leadership role with responsibility for leadership and team management, particularly in leading field sales teams (Sales Representatives / Pharmaceutical Representatives) in the pharmaceutical sector.
Experience managing staff as well as planning and organizing a sales team.
Ability to lead and develop a team both professionally and personally.
Excellent communication skills (motivating and goal-oriented).
