Role Overview
- responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for their region
- manage and track top-line performance and resource allocation
- oversee development of account strategies and execution plans
- lead, coach, and develop sales representatives
- coordinate with cross-portfolio sales teams and allocate resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 10+ years of sales and sales management experience
- Thorough knowledge of the aesthetics industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
