Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

• Managing customer accounts regarding order processing, order tracking, delivery schedules, and complete order fulfillment
• Utilize computer systems to document customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of order status and progress
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and diplomatically
• Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness
• Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and present viable alternative solutions to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer service or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Turkish and English
• Demonstrated excellence in data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks and issues
