Guidehouse is seeking an Industrial Engineering Lead who will lead the delivery of modeling and simulation solutions
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Develop an implementation plan to close process gaps for various manufacturing processes
Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver tools and strategies for optimizing industrial processes

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
FIVE (5) years of experience related to Industrial Engineering or general engineering discipline
Experience with value stream mapping of manufacturing processes
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with analysis of current and future state of industrial manufacturing processes and developing plan for closing gaps
Knowledge of discrete event simulation and supporting software (Simio, Arena, FlexSim, etc.)
