- Shape monetization and growth experiences throughout Adobe.
- Define interaction patterns for monetizing generative AI.
- Collaborate directly with growth product managers and engineers.

- Help shape how capabilities translate into product value and monetization.
- Utilize curiosity about emerging generative technologies to evolve concepts through feedback and exploration.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing high-quality product experiences for complex digital products.
- Experience designing growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
- Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation.
- Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fi mockups).
- Experience crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing.
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with product managers, product designers, content designers, engineers, and data science partners.
- Passion for accessibility, scalability, and inclusive design principles.
- Strong proficiency in prototyping, storytelling, and communicating rationale to influence partners and leadership.
