Role Overview
Lead and develop customer service teams

Requirements
5 years of relevant professional experience
Preferably experience as Senior Customer Service Agent or Senior Tender Agent
Exposure to complex customer interactions and tender-related processes
Commercial or legal educational background
Fluency in English, Dutch, and French
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Responsible, trustworthy, and reliable mindset
Passion for providing outstanding customer service and operational support
Strong organizational and planning skills
