Account Manager – Acute Care

Role Overview

• You will develop a territory — and grow professionally along with it
• Support and manage clinics and hospitals in the region
• Increase revenue, margin and reach — with strategy, commitment and sales drive
• Own the full sales cycle from start to finish
• Prospecting, advising, product trials, negotiations, and closing
• Bring product innovations and solutions to where they are truly needed
• Conduct market, process and stakeholder analyses
• Identify opportunities, develop business plans and implement them consistently
• Financial responsibility for your own territory
• Persuasive communication with purchasing, nursing and medical teams
• Provide impetus, open new perspectives and challenge the status quo
• Launch projects that make a real difference
• Standardization, process optimization and product innovation
• Lead projects internally and externally — act as the link between management, product divisions and customers
• Maintain a clean pipeline, transparent projects and realistic forecasts

Requirements

• A degree in business or solid sales experience
• Proven success in a demanding, competitive market
• Strategic thinker, analytical and solution-oriented
• High level of self-motivation, drive and results orientation
• Ability to inspire people — through communication, attitude and expertise
• Ideally experience in a hospital or medical device environment
• Fluent German (business-level)
• Confident user of MS Office and good English skills
