Role Overview
- Partner with customers to implement and optimize Savant solutions
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for customer teams
- Translate tax/accounting workflows into scalable automated processes
- Advise on workflow automation, data governance, and process standardization
- Act as subject matter expert in tax/accounting operations and technology
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance consulting
- Background from Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly, Crowe, Mazars)
- Experience in tax technology, finance transformation, or process automation
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx (preferred), Excel automation, SQL, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of tax/accounting workflows (compliance, provision, reporting, advisory)
- Experience training or enabling teams on technology solutions
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
