Supports the client to identify requirements, research design and document, submit proposals and implement approved solutions
Assists in the installation of technologies/systems, following approved processes and procedures
Analyzes performance of site technologies and systems, providing 1st level event and incident response, resolve and document status and lessons learned
Provides user support for site issues responding 24/7 as required and escalates problems as appropriate
Ensures adherence to industry and government standards while identifying exceptions
Implementing legal compliance measures
Participates in projects to develop understanding of processes to improve system analysis techniques
Requirements
3 – 5 years of work experience
Associate degree desired
Analysis skills including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications
Continuing to enhance knowledge of the tools, procedures and processes needed to manage and support the site operations environment
Knowledge of different applications/systems supported
