Execute category strategies in the field focusing on product expertise.
Provide comprehensive sales training to Business Development Managers (BDMs), Field Sales, Independent Store Owner (ISO), and Company Owned Stores (COS).
Engage with suppliers through training, sales initiatives, and product knowledge enhancement.
Manage program execution involving promotions (Promos), new product introductions (NPIs), and product launches.
Manage multiple category initiatives simultaneously to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in category management, sales operations, supplier or vendor relationship management, sales training and program execution or product management (especially in automotive or related industrial sectors)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Basic analytical abilities
Extensive product knowledge relevant to assigned categories such as Filters, Brakes, Undercar, HD/Fleet, Underhood, Heating & Cooling
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several programs simultaneously
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
