Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health ’s HER system
Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
Provide insights on Oracle system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed
Gather business requirements for system use, reporting needs, documentation workflows, and site functionality
Configure Sites, Subsites, Document Libraries, Lists, content types, custom fields, templates, and calendars to support program operations
Build SharePoint solutions—including custom views, page layouts, and web parts—to capture and display required program data and visualizations
Set up and manage permissions (users, groups, categories) in alignment with governance and access-control structures
Create, update, and maintain workflows supporting change requests, routing, approvals, and governance processes
Implement metadata tagging, naming standards, and knowledge-management best practices to support the knowledge repository
Support migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (O365), ensuring content integrity and continuity
Maintain structured project documentation and support planning and milestone development by ensuring SharePoint remains the authoritative record for program artifacts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
Willingness to travel onsite at times working extended hours
Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
