Role Overview
- Lead a development team in software project delivery
- Conduct daily stand-ups and promote Agile practices
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for roadmap-based solutions
- Oversee delivery responsibilities and address roadblocks proactively
- Define and track team metrics
- Monitor and reduce duplicate design and technical debt
- Analyze technology trends and assess their impact on product delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems development management
- 3+ years managing teams and products in Agile environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and databases (Java backend/React frontend, Oracle or SQL Server)
- 1+ years working in AWS or any cloud environment
- Experience in cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between technical and clinical teams
- Proven understanding of the software development life cycle
- Ability to launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills, including motivating and managing teams
