Support the review and negotiation of supplier agreements using templates and playbooks, escalating clearly and appropriately where needed.
Be a business-facing legal partner: liaise confidently with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to unblock progress and land outcomes.
Keep matter tracking and contract lifecycle hygiene tight: reducing chasers, improving visibility, and helping the team deliver consistently.
Strengthen Legal tooling and repositories, improving findability, accuracy, and audit trails.
Requirements
A legal qualification (law degree / GDL, or equivalent experience) and a genuine interest in in-house commercial work and legal operations.
Comfortable using templates/playbooks to produce clear, commercially-minded redlines under supervision
and strong judgement on when to escalate.
Strong organisation skills and process-driven approach: you can manage high volume, context switch, and still deliver high-quality work.
Stakeholder-ready communication: you set expectations, keep updates crisp, and build trust across the business.
