About this role

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
Perform legal research and manage case files efficiently
Organize and maintain pleadings, discovery indexes, and case-related documents
Prepare exhibits, evidence, briefs, and appendices
Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, including subpoenas and summarizing records and discovery responses
Serve as the liaison between trial teams and external parties
Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations

Minimum of 5 years as a Certified Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting with billable hour requirements
Paralegal certification required. Valid paralegal certificate must be provided prior to hire
Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, motions, and court rules
Proficiency in WordPerfect, Excel, Outlook, E-copy, Westlaw, Automated Forms, and E-Filing
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Self-starter for a fast-paced litigation practice that is proactive and thrives in a team-oriented environment
Bilingual language ability; Spanish speaking is a plus.
