Draft and provide strategic advice on a wide range of contracts
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders
Monitor cases and act as first point of contact for local outside counsels
Stay updated on AI-related legal and regulatory developments
Provide training and support to the business on AI-related legal and compliance matters
Help on other legal topics as needed

Master degree in law
Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience in a related technology or AI-focused environment
Experience working for KSA and UAE with numerous deals done in each country
Solid knowledge of data privacy, IP, contract law, liability, compliance, export controls
Successful track record dealing with Public Sector & Semi Government clients
Contracts negotiation experience involving complex technologies (cloud and on-prem)
Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications
Analytical skills to identify potential legal risks and solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to present complex legal concepts clearly and understandably
Ethical awareness related to AI considerations
