Requirements
Java Spring Boot Mastery: Proven excellence in developing robust APIs and integration solutions using Java Spring Boot—this is your bread and butter
Technical Design Excellence: Strong background in creating technical designs that bridge architecture and business requirements
API & Service Modelling: Deep experience in API design, specification, and implementation
DevOps Fluency: Demonstrated ability to deploy solutions via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) with automated testing
Leadership DNA: Proven track record in technical leadership, mentoring developers, and guiding teams to success
Communication Prowess: Ability to lead technical discussions confidently and provide constructive feedback professionally
