About this role
Role Overview
Technical integration of new customers into our system (system setup and configuration)
Technical support during onboarding of new customers (dental practices) remotely and on-site
Technical support for our dental practices via phone, email, or on-site
Requirements
Native or fluent German (min. C1+)
Business-level English (B2)
Strong IT literacy and willingness to learn
Ability to understand complex processes and the functioning of software systems
Experience with the technical aspects of German practice management systems for dental practices (a strong plus)
Structured, detail-oriented and analytical working style
Interest in or experience with Customer Success / Support
Strong communication and advisory skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to visit clients across Germany
