Own marketplace and integration vertical(s) such as CRMs, Forms, Email Systems, or Contact Platforms end-to-end
Review third-party API documentation and define integration configurations
Proactively identify missing workflow framework primitives
Ensure integrations are deeply leveraged by improving trigger/action quality
Improve integration reliability, success rates, and execution consistency
Partner with documentation and AI teams to build high-quality help content

8+ years of Product Management experience ideally in SaaS or automation platforms
Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms
Experience working on workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of API concepts including OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and data modeling
Strong analytical mindset to interpret activation funnels, adoption trends, and execution reliability
