About this role
Role Overview
Full accountability for your specific Subject Matter Expertise and Customer Relationships.
Assist with effective and efficient product and service setups to ensure successful go-live events.
Implement Pinnacle and Pinewood Platform solution delivery for new and existing dealers.
To effectively communicate with all your Pinewood.AI colleagues, especially the Project Manager.
Create product and account plans for the projects that you have been assigned.
Manage and coordinate activities related to prospecting, proposing, quoting, and agreeing opportunities of the sales funnel.
To be the point of contact for agreed customers for non-support issues.
Serve as the go-to expert on all matters related to your specialisation area within the SA organisation.
Understanding client needs and aligning solutions with best practices and regulatory standards.
Translate complex subject matter concepts into actionable recommendations for business and technical teams.
Participate in pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and client workshops as the relevant subject matter expert.
Help shape client proposals and solution strategies from a technical perspective.
Conduct internal training and knowledge sharing sessions for staff.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with subject matter best practices.
Stay current on trends, regulations, and innovations in your area of specialisation.
Requirements
Frequent travel required for onsite work.
Ability to take a client issue through to conclusion (client-centric approach).
Self-motivated and proactive.
Proven expertise in one or more key domains of product functionality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
Experience working cross-functionally with teams to resolve recurring issues.
Proven ability to manage priorities and multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Empathetic and customer-focused mindset, ensuring each interaction enhances the customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to understand customer pain points and propose evidence-based, compliant solutions.
Ability to influence without direct authority and to build trust-based relationships across departments.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical depth and business outcomes.
Collaborative mindset to work closely with other teams within the organisation.
