People Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of direct reports, including Systems Analysts and Developers.
Resource Allocation: Assign daily tasks and development stories to teammates based on capacity and skill sets.
Delivery Management: Partner with the Technical Product Manager to translate roadmap priorities into actionable sprints.
Platform Maintenance: Own the schedule of critical platform maintenance activities, including instance upgrades, patching, cloning, and database cleanup.
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and code quality.
Requirements
ServiceNow Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (Admin or Developer background preferred).
Leadership: Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or mentorship role, with a demonstrated ability to guide junior teammates.
Operational Focus: Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) and Agile software development lifecycles.
