Provide leadership and direction to assigned specialists on the ROPS Setup Team
Manage daily workflows for functional areas (which can include Claim Content, Contract loading, Plan evaluation, and other various Setup Team functions)
Hold the team accountable for productivity metrics; identify barriers to growth and address underperformance with a solution-driven approach
Identify efficiencies in Setup LOB and test process changes
Partner with other ROPS and Finance Teams to align on change messaging
Translate tactical goals into actions and think beyond immediate scope to make decisions in the context of the bigger picture for Lighthouse
Conduct performance development, coaching, and management for teammates.
Requirements
Previous lead or supervisor experience in Revenue Operations or Setup preferred
Proven ability to take accountability for team results and meet critical deadlines
Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders
